  • WHAT IS RIEDIS?

Riedis is electric vehicle. It can be hoverboard, electric scooter, one-mono wheel or other type electric vehicle.

  • IS IT DIFFICULT TO LEARN RIDING HOVERBOARD?

It is esay! Especially for youngsters. Usually they learn in 5 mins. For first tries advise is to hold a friends hand, a fence till you feel free to go!.

  • SHOULD YOU PAY FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery in Lithuania is free from 100 €. For other countries - please contact us labas@riedis.lt and we will provide you best possible delivery price.

  • HOW TO REPLACE HOVERBOARDS BATTERY?

  • HOW LONG DOES IR TAKE TO CHARGE?

Electric scooters, segways, electric bikes, or other electric vehicles we sell can charge differently. It depends on battery capacity, voltage and charger type. Typically it takes from 1 to 9 hours, so read the description for each item on our web and instructions with vehicle. All mini hoverboards is fully charged in 90 minutes!

  • HOW TO CHARGE HOVERBOARD, ELECTRIC SCOOTER?

Connect one chargers end of the cord to the appliance and the other end to a power outlet. Most chargers has LED light - indicator. If the charger light is green, the vehicle is charged, the red vehicle is charging. Some vehicles have a display where you can see the charge level or volts.

  • CAN ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, HOVERBOARDS DRIVE ON BAD ROADS OR OFF-ROAD?

It depends on wheel size and suspensions. For hoverboards - not best idea to ride off-road, but with 10 inch inflatable wheel size models - it is more comfortable and stable to ride. For electric scooters, bicycles and other vehicles - also check wheel size and suspensions. For electric scooters - best to have front and rare suspensions and not smaller than 10 inch wheels.   • ARE ELECTRIC VEHICLES WATER-RESISTANT?

Please note that if electric scooters or other vehicles has water resistance class written on specifications - it has it. However, electrical devices are usually designed for dry road use and are not recommended for use in rain.

  • WHY DO VEHICLES DAMAGE?

Mostly all electric vehicles fail due to severe collisions, falls, contact with water, overheating. It is very important to follow safe charging and storage instructions. We are professionals in this field, so we will minimize any vehicle failure.

  • IS WARRANTY GIVEN?

Yes, each vehicle comes with a one or two year warranty and the batteries a 6 month warranty. Such guarantees are provided by the manufacturers. The warranty terms of the item will appear under the item's description.
